    Internet only works with safemode with networking

    Ever since i uninstalled avast and installed norton 360 my internet hasnt been working

    Run these two tools & re-install norton: -

    Avast removal avast! Uninstall Utility

    Norton removal Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

    did exactly what it said andd still nothing.. i heard that if you have another antivirus norton doesnt work very well with it.. is ad aware considered an antivrus? sorry for the stupid question

    Make a system restore from a point before the first uninstall and the problem
    System Restore - How to
    Then if you are OK, uninstall the AntiVirus and installl Microsoft Security Essentials.
    Its one of the best and free.
    Per your question: They are both antivirus, which is not good.
    Use just MSE, as I said.
