Cannot connect with DNS server

I have been reading these forums for the past two days trying to find a solution to my computer issue. I have tried several different things to reset my DNS, change it, etc... and I still have not found a solution. This is becoming extremely frustrating as I need my computer to work from.

I have tried the following thus far:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns

I have also tried changing my DNS through the properties option.

I have attached what I get from "ipconfig /all"

I was asked by a friend what color the light was at the ethernet port in the back of my computer...it is green but with an orange flashing light if this is of any importance.

I am out of ideas and I'm getting extremely frustrated!
PLEASE HELP!!!

I have checked your DNS IP address and it seems to be working okay have you tried to Diagnose your Connection?
