Hello,
I recently swapped out an old modem with a new one from Comcast. This required me to fiddle around with some proxy settings in my browser.
Ever since I swapped modems, I have been unable to launch any MMO's, including LOTRO, WoW, EQ2 etc.
I have clean booted my computer, changed firewall settings, installed Microsoft.NET Framework software, changed to "No proxy setting" in my browser, and I connected directly to the modem. All to no avail.
I use 64x Vista.
If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. Please help!
