my local network does not work

Hi, This is urgent

Something happened to my computer after the last virus scan. I was thinking maybe my files got deleted with it

I am not able to connect to the internet trough CABLE. The cable hole on my software shows a green sign (means it is connected?), but there is no sign of connectivity

I tried a different cable network, and I still get the same. No reaction whatsoever from the internet

Only wireless is available, which is ridiculous for a Desktop

I open the network connections and there is nothing, just wireless drivers and wireless availability

I tried to create a network manually but, the computer only allows me to create wireless or such connections

Everything is really slow..i cant even watch a video or play a game. everything gets jammed. tx to the wireless

How to fix this?

I think that, possibly, a quick fix might be a system restore. If the problem was due to the last scan it should work.
