ethernet troubles

hallo all

Can you help us please.

Currently we are using an usb to connect to the internet.

we would like to try connecting by an ethernet cable but have been unable to

do so. We seem to have observed all the connecting procedures but to no avail.

HI Mansfield, I think you need a modem, your cable connects to the modem, then the erthernet cable connects to you computer, good luck Patch 41
