Widows cannot find any networks

Hi guys,
I need a big help and I have absolutely no idea about how to solve my problem!
My wireless connection had some issues so following a suggestion I uninstalled and then installed again my network adapters.
Now when I try to connect to Internet again it says that windows cannot find any networks because there are some issues with one of my network adapter (Intel (R) Wireless WiFi Link 5100), what can I do?
Thank you!

Go to search by the start button
Type device manager
In DM look for any yellow warning markers by network adapters.
Update if there are yellow markers. If no markers, make sure they are up to date.

I don't see any yellow warning marker. I tried to update both the network adapters, but it says that they are already the best driver software for my device and don't need to be updated.
Thank you though

Go to device manager and find out the manufacturer update from the website. Windows update is a poor source for the best driver.
Right click on the network icon, near the clock bottom right. Right click and troubleshoot

I'm sorry but I'm really bad with computers, which network icon? And how can I update it from the website if my internet doesn't work?

My Computer

You go to device manager
You click on network adapters
You will see the manufactuer.
Might be intel
Go to intel site. Save to a finger (use another computer)
Then use the finger to get the driver installed to your computer.

The icon is on the lower right, by the clock
Looks like a monitor or maybe 2 monitors.
