Auto change IP.

Hello, I'd like to know, how I could change my IP adress every 20 seconds, using Java or any other language. For example HotSpot Shield connect and disconnect gives you a new IP, the bad thing is, that I don't know how to disconnect automatically. Thanks in advance, Yves.

You can't. IPs are given by the isp.

From what I read from HotSpot Shield, it's they who give you an "IP"... They are your defacto isp. You create a vpn tunnel to their servers and run their ips.

You'd probably get quickly booted from HotSpot Shield if you tried to do it every 20secs, as its almost a ddos attack.

The only thing close to what you want is TOR.

Yeah, I meant connecting and disconnecting, so they give you another IP. Could you explain how I could use Project TOR for this?

You can stop and start TOR as you want. It also changes ip every time you connect/click a link in a website.
