I bought a Samsung CLX-3185FW color laser printer and kept receiving this error when trying to install the print driver: Operation could not be completed (error 0x000005b3). I also received an error that said I needed to be an administrator, yet I was logged in as the administrator. The software for the copier/scanner/fax loaded fine. Troubleshooting this was so frustrating to me, that I'm posting my fix here with the hope that this will help others. To solve this problem, go to start > control panel > user accounts and turn off the user account control, then download the current driver from Samsung's website, right-click the file and select Run as an administrator.

Go into control panel and remove printer/scanner/unplug your all in one/reboot.
After system does a restart then plug in all in one and see if windows can find it.
If not....then go back into control panel and select add/remove printer and add it.
Post back as this has worked for other before.
