Can any-one recommend a good wireless card/adaptor for my Medion MD8820 PC, Thank-you.

I have a basic tp-link with standard antena, and it works well.
If you keep your tower under your desk, you might need one that has a longer antena that you can place above the desk to increase reception.

On my HP laptop where the built-in WiFi died, I use a Netgear adaptor that goes into a USB port. Works well.
