    Wow do you have to pay extra for that feature
    Run a full anti virus scan
    Download and run a full scan with malwarebytes.
    If alll are negative make a system restore from one week before the problem

    i already run anti virus, and i dont think its a virus, just that i uninstalled something or deleted something, and i lost the restore point, now i cant restore to the day before i got this problem

    If you are fairly certain as to the cause
    There should be a SR point. They are made by default with an uninstall
    If there are none, try this
    System Files - SFC Command
    Since, I doubt that the SFC will work, try a repair install if you have a Vista install DVD.
    Repair Install For Vista
    If needed go back a week before the problem, if you have that restore point
