Hi,

Basically, my computer is a Samsung and I use a wireless Internet connection.

We have a BT hub which was changed 2 weeks ago, my computer worked fine until a week ago when I turned it I and it would no longer connect to the Internet. I called BT and they went through lots of options.

Turned the Internet off and on
Tried manually putting in a new IP address
Reset the adapter and run troubleshooting
Connected the computer to the hub with a wire

None of these things worked! I was on the phone with them for an hour and a half. I saw some one on here tell another user to do a system restore, but I only have the option to restore it from 5 days ago, but it's now been 7 days since the problem started!

I really need the Internet, but I am useless. Does anyone have any clue how I can make it work again!?

Thank you so much for any help you can give

This isn't retore time.

When you connected directly, did it work? As unless something else can get aqccess, i'd be incline to think bad hub.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer. It didn't work when I connected it via cable. The other computers in the house all connect fine. My computer worked for a week, then suddenly stopped. I didn't change anything at all in that time
