Network adapters not installing

I have a dell xps 435 and I had lost my internet connection the other day. In the device manager, the yellow mark showed my intel 82567lm adapter as the device not working code 10. I ran network diagnostics and it said to reset adapter or my ipv 4&6 isn't checked. I checked and it was. I installed the driver and although the driver was successfully installed, I got yhe same errors. I also noticed that the name of the adapter changed in device manager to 82566dc even though I installed the 83567lf. I installed and used windows driver I chose from the list and it came up as the 82566dc again. I even reinstalled the whole os and there was no change. Ive tried to use my usb wireless cards and they wont install either giving me a code 10 error. I used a program called sandras sisoftware to get information the adapters and the first model was named "software loopback interface 1" and the type was a loopback. There are 6 more adapters listed with the names showing only registry entries. Another model was Teredo tunneling pseudo-interface, RAS Async adapter. So no matter what kind of adapter I use, the service won't start to run it and I get that code 10.
