Share Wireless Intenet

Hi there,

I am connected to a wifi hotspot and want to share its internet connection to my iphone without paying another connection fee.

Is there a way to do this?

Hello, I don't think so, my reasoning is this, your hot spot that you are connected to has allowed your Mac Address to connect , in other words, the owner of the Hot Spot knows of the one connection . They would probably block another Mac Address , even if it had the password .

Thanks for the reply. If I was connected to the hotspot via an ethernet cable to my pc, would I then be able to share the internet to my iphone by setting up an ad-hoc network?
