making new cables from a 200 foot Cat6 Cable

I recently had to buy a large cable for a far away connection, i have 100 feet left and i decided to make some cat6 cables for my router to computer which are sitting right next to each other.

i took cisco networking 1 and 2 but it hasn't been 2 years since iv made my own cables.

i was wondering whats the best type for a Modem to Router, and Router to Computer type cables? i did a normal ethernet cable for the one to the living room following this picture since the stock cable had the same colors in each place

i did this on both sides of the cable, its working right now, i am using them but, did i mess up? or is there a better choice? this is what the stock cat6 cable came with on both sides.
