Conected to internet, network pic says so too, but computer says not [PIC INCLUDED]

Hi

I think I might of changed something somewhere in regedit to be able to install Diablo 3 (worked), but now I have this problem:




The internet is working fine and so is all games and general tooting about online - BUT I have lag spikes and Vista Anti-Lag is not working (icon is on far left of pic)

Any ideas how to fix this, OR stop lag spikes without Vista Anti-Lag (Have tried doing the thing in cmd to enable / disable wireless scan or whatever it is)?
