Network Adapter ISATAP 3 and 6!

New to the forum,and would be delighted with any help I can get.

Have Network Adapter issues with DELL Inspiron 1525, basically would not let me connect to the internet.
Followed the trail instructions - uninstal (both 3 and 6) and reboot - it reinstalled but did not change situation.

Then I disabled (both 3 and 6) and tried to re-enable using ACTION via Device Manager and clicking Add Legacy Hardware and used the wizard to install Microsoft ISATAP. It said the installation was successful. The ISATAP 3 and 6 icons did not appear under Network Adapters in Device Manager. When I rebooted, the wireless adapter also stopped working. The machine is still not connecting to the internet.


Any hope for me? Please help!

• From which article did you followed the steps you have mentioned?
• Do you get any error message when you are trying to connect to the internet?
• Since when are you facing the issue?
• Are you trying to connect through a wired or wireless connection?
