No

Your ISP download data is only that which occurs between your modem and your ISP. It is not influenced by any communication occurring within your LAN.

Edit: It would be different if you were deploying an OS over a VPN connection, but then it wouldn't be just a LAN.

Hi LMiller 7,

But my laptop wireless connection always connected to the modem and my other computers are Ethernet cable connected to a modem.

Your computers may be connected to the modem but the LAN traffic stays local and is never seen by your ISP.

Hi LMiller7,

How can I test if the traffic doesn't go to the ISP router / modem?

He is not referring to your laptop or desktop but the box that your internet service provider installed when they setup your internet.

Green light, the yellow light indicates that power is going through the cable while the green indicates network activity/traffic

Hope This Helps,
Josh :)
