Can't browse Internet on other browsers than IE

Can't install Chrome and Firefox (shows No Internet Access) and can't access any page on Opera. But I can browse www on IE. And I can ping. Something is blocking the access, but don't know what. Firewall turned off. I tried disabling other programs and services but with no luck yet. Problem remains on any connection type (tried Plus mobile and wired). On both of them Ipconfig shows lots of Tunel adapters, despite turning off IPv6, and even after uninstalling them in Device Manager.

If you haven't resolved the problem yet, you might go into IE and choose not to make it the default browser.

What does that mean in regards to your problem?
