My laptop crashed and I took it to a professional to get it repaired. He reinstalled Vista and put all my files back on, but now I can't connect to the internet. Neither IE nor Chrome will work. When I click "Diagnose Connection Problems" it says "Your modem or router is not available" and none of the suggested fixes work. However, in the system tray it says I'm connected to my wifi.
This may be an unrelated issue, but when I click Start>Accessories, it opens two tabs with this link: redirect.hp.com/svs/rdr?TYPE=4&tp=iefavs&s=hpaccessories&pf=cnnb&locale=en_us&bd=all&c=83
Because of this, I can't get a snip of the Command Prompt as advised in the Network Posting Tips sticky. Is there another method to get that info for you guys? Would a screenshot work?
