Speedfan

alright guys..im using a program called speedfan, and i want all my fanspeeds to be set to 100....i've tried over and over to configure them, but once i reset my computer, the speeds go back to default..
any idea

also the program isnt detecting my computer case fans...

i know that i would needs fans to connect to my MoBo for this, but all my fans jus hook up to the psu..., is there like an adaptor i can put on my fans so i can connect them to my MoBO using a q fan connector?
