XFX SLI motherboard system monitor

Hi this is my first post on this forum and I must say it looks like you guys could actually help me. :D

I have look constanly for a program that monitors my cpu and graphics card temps and cannot find one ? Any ideas ?

System :
Mainboard : XFX Nforce 680i LT
Processor : Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 @ 2500 MHz
Physical Memory : 4096 MB (4 x 1024 DDR2-SDRAM )
Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT (x2 SLI)

GPU-Z monitors GPU temp. Coretemp monitors CPU temp. They're the two I use. If you want an all-in-one, then the new version of Speedfan monitors GPU as well as CPU, or Nvidia System Tools monitors everything as well.
