optimize my overclocking - q6600 ga-ep35-ds3

Hello,
i just want to get out a little more..

my components:
CPU: Q6600
MB: GA-EP35-DS3
RAM: OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 Titanium 4GB Edition Dual Channel
Graphic: Readeon HD 3780

My BIOS settings so far:
Robust Graphics Booster [Auto]
CPU Clock Ratio [ 9 X]
CPU Frequency 3.00GHz(333x9)
CPU Host Clock Control [Enabled]
CPU Host Frequency(Mhz) [333]
PCI Express Frequency(Mhz) [100]
C.I.A.2 [Disabled]
Performance Enhance [Standard]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD) [3.00]
Memory Frequency(MHz) 800 1000
DRAM Timing Selectable [Manual]
***** Standard Timing Control *****
CAS Latency Time 6 [5]
DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay 6 [5]
DRAM RAS# Precharge 6 [5]
Precharge delay(tRAS) 18 [15]
***** Advanced Timing Control *****
ACT to ACT Delay(tRRD) 3 [Auto]
Rank Write To READ Delay 3 [Auto]
Write To Precharge Delay 6 [Auto]
Refresh to ACT Delay 46 [Auto]
Read to Precharge Delay 7 [Auto]
Static tRead Value 7 [Auto]
Static tRead Phase Adjust 8 [Auto]

System Voltage Control [Manual]
DDR2 OverVoltage Control [+0.2V]
PCI-E OverVoltage Control [Normal]
FSB OverVoltage Control [Normal]
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control [Normal]
CPU Voltage Control [1.38750V]
Normal CPU Vcore 1.32500V

My System is Prime95 stable for more then 15h and seems to be running fine.

My Questions: What can i do next, i tried FSB 366 but had an bluescreen while booting, is it smart to raise the vcore even more? Is it faster with more FSB but lower Multiplier when the processor is at its limit, mine seems to need a prity high voltage so far, whats it about the CPU:RAM ratio? i read about highten the FSB voltage for quadcores, is it better then vcore? whats the temp a q6600 g0 shouled have maximum at full thrust? can someone explain the "Advanced Timing Control" to me, i dont know mutch so far? any other recommendations?
i would be glad to have response,
split

Re: optimize my overclocking - q6600 ga-ep35-ds3

well.. if your at a limit, you'll bench better with a higher FSB and lower Multi if thats what needs to happen.

so right now your what. running at 3.3 ghz or something of that sort.
depending on the chip, and your cooling you should be able to do around 3.4 or higher with a good chip.

Don't let the CPU get over 65c on any core. and if so, get better cooling. Also your safe to raise the voltage to around 1.45 or even 1.5 if want. 1.5 is the Intel Specs Max.. so I never went above 1.48 on mine, but do as you please.

Re: optimize my overclocking - q6600 ga-ep35-ds3

yeah thx, i tried if out and get it workin quite stable at 3,2ghz. with 400fsb i needed about 1,46v and it got pritty hot after some time. i tryed 3dmark06 with the additional power and it only gives me a litte more so i'm back at 3ghz for now. maybe i'll try somethin about fsb 366 later. right now i was thinking about overglocking my graphic card a little. i'm having a Readeon HD 3780 with 776mhz and can got up to 885mhz in the drivers option, but crysis crashed after some time. is it recommended to raise the voltage of PCIe? or what can i do to stabilize it?
well.. thats all for now so far thx split
