Temps Before and After

Just wanted to post the difference between my two different cases

I used to have a CoolerMaster and now have as you know an Antec 1200

Here is the difference in temps

I also do not overclock

I'd say 6c cooler just by being in a new case is pretty good actually

But yes its a great case, quiet too, much quieter than the CM

It's good that it also passes the quiet test for you JH.

I'd also bet that all your other temps (HDD, mobo etc) will be cooler as well

coretemp or relatemp for the CPU temps (although the case shouldn't affect them too much)

I mainly use Everest to monitor a lot of things:
Lavalys - Comprehensive IT Security and Management


The temps are found under computer>sensor

thats a great increase for only changing a case, but thats what good Cable management and great airflow will do for you, now replace all those fans with better ones. haha.

What CM case did you have before your 1200?

Sorry for the late reply, not been well

Unfortunately as hard as I have tried I cannot find the CoolerMaster case I had, I went to their website, but its not listed there so sadly can't show you

I can definately see a massive difference when I look through the see-thru window, so much room , nice big spaces, not all cluttered up with cables etc.......
