Intel Is Overlocking Everytime

My Processor is always overlock by 9%. What i need to do? May be there is no problem?

Hello Kadras,
Have you altered the Fsb or the multiplier ?, if you want it to run at 2.2Ghz then change the mutiplier to x10 and the Fsb to 220, that will give you 2.2Ghz, but it will not hurt the system as it is.

I didn't change anything. I cant find, where I can change it in BIOS...
My FSB is changing by self, Sometimes 11x, sometimes 12x.

It looks like it is to do with the speedstep in the bios, when your not using much power it drops the core frequency and when you use a lot of power it increases the core frequency. There is a link below which will explain it in more detail.
