| Vista Home Premium 32bit | Temp overshoot! Hey guys, i just add another 2GB ram in my laptop. here's what happen: Before adding 2GB: temp around 62-66 Degrees. After adding 2GB: temp around 68-74!! Degrees. i've tried removing the 2GB from my laptop just to check if it is the ram that causing the temp to increase. and yes. after i removed. it drops down to normal temp. What's actually going on? and how do i resolve this? |

| Vista Ultimate x64, SP2 | Re: Temp overshoot! Hello Sicknerd, It could just the extra heat generated by the two new sticks, or they may of altered the airflow in the laptop. Thats all i can think of, i suppose, because the system is working faster, it could generate more heat because of that. Hope this gives you a clue, good luck and let us know how it goes. |
