Hello The Phoenix,
What CPU do you have ?, how big is your PSU ?, and what extra cooling do you have ?.
Is it an NVidia board, or does it have an NVidia chipset, and manufactured by a third party ?. What model MB is it ?.

Also, download and install SpeedFan. You will need to keep an eye on the temps

Beginners Guides: Overclocking the CPU, Motherboard and Memory - PCSTATS.com

You should be aware that overclocking can seriously damage, or reduce the life of your PC's components.
How much your able to overclock your system depends on many factors, so what one person is able to achieve may not be achievable by another.
If you are running on stock coolers, then you wont be able to OC to the "max".

The first thing is to make sure that speed stepping is disabled in the Bios.
This allows the CPU to idle at a lower speed when not being used, you can enable it after if you want.

Still in the bios.

A lot of settings on your MB will by default be auto. you will need to change them to manual.
Leave the memory for now, as it is.
Next change the Multiplier to x10.
Change the Bus speed to 370 MHz.
This will give you 3.7 GHz on the CPU. (an increase of 500 MHz, half a Gig).
Check to see if it's stable, (you may have to up the CPU voltage a bit), and what the temp is when under load.
How high you can go, will depend on how good your cooling is and if you get a BSOD, don't panic, just reset the Bios.
Try it and post your results. Good luck and watch those temps.

On your images your not running at the rated speed. Is that just me or doesnt anyone else see that. Check your windows power options and make sure you are at the "high performance" setting. If that is already on then you need to go into the BIOS as explained to set it to where you want. It looks rated for 3.2 so I try and hit that.

Good Luck.

Good Luck.

Thats probably due to the Intel speed stepping that reduces the output of the CPU when idling, and puts it back up to 3.2 GHz when under load.
It can be disabled in the Bios, (as suggested in my last post), so it should not be a problem.
Thanks for asking though, i suspect a lot of people seen it but were to afraid to say, kudos for that.
