Solved over clocking my AMD Laptop

Hi there
I have a Toshiba laptop with the following specs:
AMD ATHLON X2 Dual-Core QL-60 1.90GHZ
3.00 GB RAM

and i really want to play games like BFBC2 and other stuff, so i was wondering if any of you can help over clock my laptop, to get the most out of my laptop.

Hello compuwhiz93,
The chances are that your Bios will be locked by the manufacturer, also, its never a good idea to OC a laptop, overclocking produces more heat and laptops are not very good at dissipating heat.

You can go in to your Bios and take a look at what is unlocked, if anything.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but i would forget about overclocking the laptop.

Yup you were right its locked.
and you got a poing laptop are not good for overclocking, thanks anyway
