For what component (cpu, graphics, etc)? Celsius or Fahrenheit? If it is Celsius no; change back to the default immediatly. Note that overclocking is controversial. Many here will say that it is ok to do so while others will say not to.
It has to be F as if it was C then the system woulda shut down, being a core 2... but 92F is 34C and thats right cold for a laptop.
You should not exceed 55C on a C2D or c2q. I'd not exceed not long term run over 80C with a "i" core cpu.

I am curious also. Can you post a temp in C or F for us to judge better as to what it is .
It is in C. My laptop died yesterday, and it was for the CPU. I don't know why it didn't shut down. Oh well...

Just looked up - tjmax is 100C
95C (203 F) is way too hot for a CPU. It quite possibly fried and maybe ruined your computer.I'd take it to a computer shop and see if they can help.
Core 2 Duo.What cpu is it?
