    Both are important, and they should both be near the same under load. A 4C diffference is completely normal. Ive seen a 8C differance before.

    The annoyance of a dual core, is the back ground process can warm up a core at idle, makuing it look like things are amiss.

    D/l prime95 or inteol burn test to stress your cpu to get an accurate 100% load number.

    21C with stock cooling? I wouldn't believe that unless possibly with water cooling. I use CPU-Z.

    That's what It says.............

    Cpu Z doesn't show temp?..

    I mean, stock cooling, There's a 120mm fan from the PSU blowing in there, there's a 100mm exhaust fan on the back blowing out. Maybe it's true? PSU has it's own fan - heatsink stock.

    Whats your room temperature?

    21C is low, but its chilly in Rhode I right now.
