Overheating but not critical...yet!

Hey Guys
My fan on my Dell XPS M1330 is slightly louder than it should be
I am getting overheating issues and my laptop does feel very very warm after a while
but the sad thing is it only takes around 20 minutes to starting getting warm.

I think all it needs is a good cleanout.
I dont have the tools to do it at home and have never worked with Hardware before
so typically how much should one pay for this.

I dont want to be ripped off

No clue, its not that hard to do though, and requires a screwdriver.

Pop it open and clean out the fans.

Before you try any such thing just try to update the BIOS on the system.

Try the steps mentioned on this article before you go ahead and open the system up.
