Speed and the voltage of the cpu

I have an AMD procesor.Normal speed is 2 Ghz and i want to over clock it to 2,2 ghz what is the best voltage i shoud use?.Also what is a good cpu temperature i have on average 60.8 celsius.

The 60.8, is that Idle or cpu at 100%?

-My CPU is:AMD athlon x2 Dual-core QL-62
-(I cant find a type of my motherboard it tryed bellarc but it dident show it and everst as well)But it is an original toshiba mohterboard.
-60.8 idle is about 80% stress.(In a couple of day a get a thermal paste because i have never changed it in my cpu is coverd in a thick layer)That shud go down a bit.

Nutz, I'm not a great overclocker for laptops. I wouldn't get the cpu temp much higher than 0C maxed out.

I'm going to have to caution you to not overclock till you canb get that temp down, and be very careful.

You may get away with a 200mhz bump with no vcore change.

Do you have any adice how can i cool my laptop down?
So i may be able to over clock 200 mhz whit no voltage change?
Any good program for overclocking?

I'd start by opening it up and cleaning it out and re-pasting the cpu.
