| Newbie |  Looking for bitmap animation utility in Vista A bitmap utility in older versions of Windows allowed users to create characters and animations. Is it also in Vista? I can't find it, and can't remember what is was called. All I have found so far is the Private Character Editor, and it's not as cool as the other thing. |

| Newbie | Re: Looking for bitmap animation utility in Vista No, the Character Map allows you to insert special characters into your documents, such as French accent marks. I think you can also create your own characters with the Private Character Editor and then insert them with the Character Map. But still no animation. |
