Although I went through the installation process just fine, I can't open Excel, Powerpoint, or Access. When I attempt to, I get a "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file...etc" error. This despite the fact that Word seems to work just fine (I didn't install any of the other office 2007 apps, so I'm not sure if they would work...)

Is this simply because I installed it to a different drive? It's not actually on a physically separate hard drive, it's just a different partition...

I'm running Vista Home Premium (64bit), and Office Professional Plus 2007.

It shouldn't be a problem at all. You may want to try reinstalling them. If it's not automatically selected, be sure to run the installer "as Administrator."

I've reinstalled a few times now, including once on C: drive, where everything seemed to work fine. I don't want it on C:, however, as I'm trying to separate the OS from programs etc. I just thought it strange that it didn't work anywhere else.
