Strange Video Problem

I am having a strange problem with Media Center. I am using an ATI Theater Pro 650 tuner card connected to analog cable. Everything is perfect except for when the live TV picture is mostly white, I get a squealing sound, and the picture distorts a little. This is when the video stream is mostly white only.

I have the latest drivers for the tuner installed, and have tried old drivers as well.

Any ideas what would cause this?

Whit picture means that there is a configuration problem with your TV tuner card.

Does your card accept analogue signals?

make sure you have it set to match your signal (PAL or NTSC)
