As I start Adobe Audition 3, I get asked whether or not to use certain folders for the Temp files for this program, and I agree or disagree, but always after this, it continues to load the program in the splash screen and when it gets to the "Building workspace" of the loading, it crashes, giving me an error.
"Audition Error
Audition has encountered an error.
[\premier2.0\Libraries\Asl\Foundation\Src\PathUtils.cpp-741]"
The only option for this is to press Continue, on the error screen. When I do, another Audition window opens that says
"Shutting Down...
To continue working where you left off, please restart Audition."
The only option is pressing Okay. After doing so, the program crashes, and the Windows Close program comes up. Even if I reinstall or restart the program, it just will not get past this. I don't know what to do. Anyone know of any hotfixes, patches, or anything I can do to make it work? I've looked over the internet, but can't seem to find any solutions.
