Hi sorry if this is the wrong area to post this one.

When my computer goes to sleep mode it doesnt remain in sleep mode it comes out after a short time (say 20 mins). Is there a way to make it remain in sleep mode

Re: Sleep Mode

Hi Code_one,

Check your network device to make sure it's Power Management options are set to not wake the computer, and that the Wake on settings in the BIOS are disabled.

Do you have a wireless mouse?

I see that some people are having issues
using a wireless mouse or keyboard in
sleep mode, are you?

Re: Sleep Mode

Code_One,

I would try Step One to see if the wireless keyboard and mouse is the problem with their driver. I would use a standard ps/2 keyboard and mouse to use in the test, if you have one available, to make it easier to do.
