BSplayer - no video

Hello, I use this video player, because it hase a bunch of nice settings and very handy key controls to adjust subtitles and many other things during playback. But in vista I have no video displayed :-] Only a black screen. I have installed combined community codec pack. Other players like Mplayes Classic or windows media player work ok. I have BSplayer version 1.39 and I don't really want to get the last version since it's "adware supported"...

I solved it! You have to go to options/preferences/video/video rendering and choose some other rendering mode (not the default one). I have chosen VMR7 and it works. The others will probably work too, but I am not sure what is the difference between them...
