Can't install Office12 and Adobe.

I keep getting error message that installation has been interrupted when I try installing above subject softwares. when I tried to install office12 I got below message

Error1935
97F81AF1-0E47-DC99-A01F-C8B2B9A1E18E
HRESULT: 0x800736B3

any idea how to go about fixing this? please help!

Run command prompt as administrator and type:
fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\
Reboot and tell us if it's OK.

Do you make the install from the original CDs?
If yes, maybe comes from a .net framework problem, i don't have all my datas with me today.
