I am using Vista Ultimate x64. I've noticed a couple of applications won't work, and get the error 'media player is not installed'. Media Player works. Anyone else experience this or know how to fix it?
Satellite TV for PC, VCDeasy to name a couple, it's not an install issue, the error is something like "windows media player not found' please install it to continue. Media player works fine and there are copies in "C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player" and "C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Media Player".
It's really not a big deal, but just found it a little odd.
VCDeasy I know is not vista compatible, and Satellite TV for PC error is "Unable to start the Windows Media Player interface. Please make sure you have at least Windows Media Player 10 installed"
I'll try unintalling and re-installing media player, but i'm bout bored with it,
