Burning problem

Any help would be greatly appreciated. When I encode a Movie, with DVD Santa, then shrink with DVD Shrink. My movie comes out backwards. I never had this problem before. I just redid my System & installed all new programs. Do anybody know what the problem can be?

It encodes fine, just starts @ the end of the movie & plays backwards!

Why are you using both "DVD Santa" AND "DVD Shrink"?

DVD Shrink on it's own does the job nicely.

Oh, and as a reminder, this is a Vista forum. You should direct question about Santa or Shrink to any appropriate forums for that software.
