Im assuming you have a original factory image partition on your hard drive. Go into folder options and uncheck hide protected OS files. Go to your factory image parition, look in hp\apps you will find it among those app folders. It may take you a little while to find it but you should find a "pcdr" folder. Open it and find setup.exe and it will install. It should be on your recovery disks also but I have not looked. It also should work on any HP PC not just that one. It will install on a non HP PC but will not run.

I have a similar problem. I tried to restore Pc Doctor from the factory partition, but there doesn't seem to be a setup file anywhere. Any ideas?

 Well rme I dont know how old your your pc is but I have one pc m8400f vista prem x86 pavillion that I bought in march 08 and the setup for pc doctor in my factory partition is under hp\apps\app26709\pcdr\setup.exe. I have since installed another OS and I am able to view files on the factory parition that I could not the best I could remember when the oem version was installed. Perhaps windows is not revealing all of the files I dont know . Or do as dmx suggested call up hp and see what they can do for you. You can allways back up your files and folders and do a factory pc recovery that should install it for you.
