| Vista Home Premium 32 bit | looking for "call notification" software for Vista Premium As I am on dial-up, I have a PCI faxmodem, I was wondering if anyone might know of software that would work with most modems, that would notify me of incoming calls and allow me to disconnect to answer the phone. I subscribe to call waiting and use a USR faxmodem on my old computer (Win 2k), and it comes with "call notification" software. The software won't work with the faxmodem I have on the Vista computer, however, and there'd be no point to take the modem out of this computer and install it in the other. So I would like to know if there is some generic notification software, free or for purchase, that I could use with Vista. Thanks for your help. |

| Vista Ultimate X64 | Re: looking for "call notification" software for Vista Premium Hi DaveWfg, Welcome to the forums. Only software I can find that does this is Call Wave. Modems are around 5 to 10 dollars a pop. Might have better luck finding a new compatible modem to install. Raj |
