| Vista Home Premium 32bit | C00D1199 missing I downloaded a trial editing software suite to convert my oldish camcorder's mini dvs to files playable on my computer, Vista Home Premium. It did not work so I uninstalled most of it, that is one bit would not go. I then did a couple of system restore, again it did not work. At the same time I was no longer able to play my mov. files on WMP or edit them in Movie Maker which I had done before successfully (19 videos on Youtube to prove it). I hoped that a complete recovery from CD would solve the problem, but alas, no. Next I upgraded to Media Player 11. No luck. I also installed the 60 updates MS wanted me to have. Again no luck When I went to MS help website, Media Player 11 was not even recognized. HELP is required urgently. There are GBs waiting to be edited. |
