| Vista Home Premium 32bit | java run time error hiii....... i am posting this issue........hope to get a fast resolution...... i am hp techie......facing issues with java......hope java expert can go ahead and resolve it for me.......customer get java run time error.......java updated ....... still issue not resolved.......tried to for new user account and reset internet explorer.....still no go....... waiting for response |

| Windows Vista Ultimate x64 SP1 | Re: java run time error Updating troublesome applications will often do little to resolve errors. Instead of updating, I would start by completely uninstalling it, downloading the latest version (version 6 update 10), and then do a fresh install. I would also recommend using something like Revo Uninstaller to do the uninstall (instead of Control Panel) as it will first run Java's default uninstaller and then will actively search for leftover registry entries and files that may be left behind. |
