| vista home basic 32 bit | windows installer rogue window issue When Vista starts for me, after it loads everything, it also bring up a window for Windows Installer that starts to load something (doesn't say what, just says "preparing to install"), then closes after 3 or 4 seconds. How do I stop that window from opening each time I start Vista ? I am assuming its something left over in registry perhaps, but haven't a clue how to find it and remove it.
