| Vista Home Premium 32bit | How to set up permanent Administrator privileges for Finale Last week I got rid of Comodo Firewall and am now using just the Vista Firewall. The problem is that this has created problems with Finale 2008, the music notation software I use. The 'Help' function, which previously connected directly to internet, no longer works; instead, Explorer Resources opens and I have to manually choose from the many help files available the one that is to be consulted. I've discovered that by right-clicking with the mouse on the Finale icon before opening the program, and by running as administrator, then the 'Help' files open properly. How can I set up Windows firewall so that Finale always runs with Administrator privileges (I am in any case th Administrator and only user of this laptop)? Florio |
