Premiere Elements 4 Won't Install

I get up to the Install button, click it, and then it gives me a message saying "Error 1500, another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one." However, I'm not aware of any other programs that I'm installing. Help!

Does it do this if you try and install any other App? Dummy test it first.

If so go into the Control Panel and in the Programs and Features section. If something is trying to install usually a message pops up in there.

I would, but I literally just bought Premiere 5 on ebay a few days ago and spent $30 on it, so I really want to make sure there's no possible way I can make it work on my system before getting another version. Plus, 7 is a bit expensive...

Yeah i know ...actually bought Premiere Elements 7 on eBay for $60US...worth it for me anyways...depends on the need for what you want to do.
Did you ever figure out how to install Premiere 5 yet?
