PowerDVD 8 + Windows Vista

Hey!

Got some problem. I had Windows XP and had no problems playing Blu-ray movies. Now i have Windows Vista Ultimate x86 (tried x64 too) and when i launch PowerDVD movie starts with blank (black) screen all i can hear is sound no picture

If i try to launch only one file form disk it plays perfectly

Re: PowerDVD 8 + Windows Vista

You will need to download some codecs to be able to play media. I recommend the Vista Codec pack: Vista Codec Package Homepage (VCP)

Re: PowerDVD 8 + Windows Vista

Quick question, quick version of PowerDVD? If it is anything other than Ultra, that would be why it won't play BD (at least as far as Vista goes with the extra DRM) as Ultra is the only version that plays BD,
