I am running Vista Ultimate 64 SP1 and have all the updates to be found.
I have a TV tuner using the CX2388x chipset by Compro. It is a hybrid card for digital and analog and using the Compro software I can receive both digital and analog TV.
However the problem lies with Media Center. It will only pick up the analog channels. When I tell it to search for digital channels it does the typical look-up for my region (HKG), but it won't find any channels... I get the feeling this is because it is looking for DVB-T instead of the standard for HKG which is DMB-TH.
Any idea if there is a way to force Media Center to look for DMB-TH? I would have thought they would have got this right...
I tried the TV 2008 update but it won't install saying that it is not applicable to my setup.
Any help would be great, the Compro software is not very friendly...
