Vista - Movie Maker V6 crashes whilst publishing

Hi all,

I'm having lots of trouble publishing a movie using Movie Maker v6.0. I've successfully managed to create and edit my movie within the programme and now have the MSWMM file.

The movie is some 1hr 40mins long and therefore a large file size. My intention was to publish the MSWMM to my computer as a Windows Media DVD quality (PAL) thereby reducing the finished file to a little over 2Gb.

However, when I try to publish the file every time it immediately stops working and closes the programme and re-opens it.

I've been into the Control Panel and here's the error report:

Unfortunatley I'm no computer genius so if anyone can help that would be really great.

After days of looking for an anwer , I found a fix on youtube.
Worked for others too.
